Kristen UnKauf, Ph.D. is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in individual therapy for adults 18 years and older. She is also a National Certified Counselor and has served as adjunct professor in Counselor Education as well as mental health columnist in local publications. Dr. UnKauf has experience treating individuals with presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, relational discord, personality disorders, PTSD, and is certified in the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Dr. UnKauf integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.

In addition to her 20 years of experience working with clients in a university setting as well as and private practice, Dr. UnKauf has presented at local, state, and national conferences on the topic of Counselor Education.

She is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).
